Performance characteristics:

This machine is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials, such as punching, bending, flanging, thin plate stretching, etc. It can also be engaged in calibration, pressing, grinding wheel forming, cold extrusion metal part forming, plastic product and powder product pressing forming processes.

This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control, which can achieve three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.

The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range of this machine can be adjusted according to the process requirements. And it can complete two process modes: fixed pressure and fixed distance forming. The fixed pressure forming process has pressure holding and delayed automatic return action after pressing.

In addition to the above functions, the YQ32 four column hydraulic press also has functions such as ejection, delay, and automatic retraction for the ejection cylinder.
